This is an interactive webchat discussing how companies can incorporate human rights best practices into their policies, and how doing so positively affects their bottom line and reputation. The program will be in English.

Participants will learn from a panel of experts how non-discrimination practices and inclusive workforces help recruit top talent and build stronger, more successful businesses. The panel will also explore how the empowerment of women, people with disabilities and other marginalized groups creates a double bottom line: advancing rights and profits.
